Nightly House Rental Package
Perfect for those looking for a home away from home for a family gathering, a group trip, etc.
This package is for up to 14 guests in the 6 bedrooms and the pull-out sofa. (Please ask about additional guests and possible accommodations). There is a 2 night minimum.
Nightly rates begin at $2,000 per night.
Event Rental Package
The event rental package allows up to 50 total guests for an event and overnight accommodations for up to 14 guests.
There is a 2 night minimum.
Event Rental Packages begin at $2,500 per night.
Daily Rental
This is great for hosting an event with no overnight accommodations. Large dinner party, family celebrations, etc.

Daily rates begin at $1,500.
